To fulfil an order we hold your name, delivery address, email, and order history. Payment details are handled by our payment processor and never reach our servers.

If you join the newsletter we store your email address and the date you subscribed. Nothing else.

Order data is used to ship, support, and honour the seam warranty. Newsletter data is used only to send the newsletter. We do not sell or rent personal data.

You may request a copy of your data, ask for corrections, or ask us to delete it entirely. Write to privacy@xylstyle.com and we will respond within thirty days.
