Returns & Repairs

Unworn pieces in their original packaging can be returned within thirty days of delivery. Return shipping is free within the EU and UK; elsewhere we deduct the carrier cost from the refund.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within five working days of the parcel reaching the workshop.

Structural stitching is covered for twelve months from purchase. If a seam fails in normal wear, send the garment back and we repair it at no cost, including postage both ways.

Wear that comes from use — softening, fading, a pilled knit — is not a fault. It is the point.

We repair any XYL STYLE garment at any age for a flat fee that covers thread, labour, and return postage. Write to hello@xylstyle.com with a photograph and we will quote before starting.
